The Ford Crown Victoria 4 Wheel Drive air suspension systems are subject to a lot of troubles, only it's greatest enemy is time. The air spring is made with rubber parts that dry-rot in 5 to 7 years. The Crown Victoria air suspension's longevity is set by how extreme heat and cold the Crown Victoria is subjected to because these intense circumstances degrade the parts of the air suspension system. A lot of times the electronic devices begin to fail with age, which exacerbates the problems related to the Ford Crown Victoria air suspension. Also overlooked many times on the Crown Victoria is the condition of the front suspension. Hi Chip,

I brought my 1995 Crown Victoria to your place of business, and your people kept their promise.  They made some adjustments, which improved the ride.  They also disconnected the light that said “Check Air Suspension.”

It is truly gratifying to find a man who is concerned about his customers, and will make an honest effort to please them.  It has been a long time since I witnessed such outstanding customer service.  You are to be commended for your dedication to your customers.
