Kenny, this was very simple. I took them to a guy who is a real piece of work. He wanted to convince me that the kit was VERY complicated and it would cost about $500 at least to get the job done. I guess he wanted as grey of an area as possible. I now thanks to you know what’s going on. I removed my vehicle from his shop politely without accepting any service, I thanked him for his time and had the system installed a mile away for $190 plus tax.
I can’t thank you enough for looking in to my order so quickly and taking a personal interest in my order. Obviously that’s just the quality of guy you are. You are an asset to your company and the human race. Unfortunately that can’t be said about everyone but I certainly feel comfortable putting that label on you. I only ask that you forward this email to a supervisor or management as I believe you should get full credit for your level of excellent service. Thank You and god bless.
