Hello Kenny,

How are you today. Don't know if you remember me or not, but I purchased a
Conversion Kit for my "98" Expedition like a couple weeks ago. I don't know
if today is a holiday for you or not but if so, you'll get this message on
Tuesday. I just wanted to tell you Thank You again. I had my springs
installed on Saturday. My truck runs great. When I drive it, it feels like
its brand new. Shocks are fine by the way. Its not often that I find someone
in your kind of business that will be honest with me. I appreciate you
suggesting for me to purchase the conversion kit. I will let you go know,
but please let your supervisor know that you've made this customer very very
