I purchased this product a week ago, and other than the length of time it took to get the product, every aspect of this purchase was wonderful, even the customer service department was HONEST! That is more than i can say for many online retailers. They even upgraded me to overnight shipping for the hassle!

Once i got it, there were full instructions included to aide with installation. I had it installed in my car within 20 minutes of recieving it! Just note that the shock does not look like it would fit properly at first, but once you get the compressor to fill it with air it inflates and works just like the original product!
