The air-ride system was going bad on my 06 Rainier. The compressor was good but the air-bag springs were leaking. I would come out in the morning or after work and it would be sitting very low. After starting car the bags would pump up (most of the time) and i dealt with it like this for quite some time. I decided to go with the springs after rationalizing that if i put new air springs on it, the compressor would be the next to go and then the $$ would just continue to go up. Overall ride seems quite good and certainly a nice change from waiting for the bags to pump up every time i start the car. Install was really easy. I am by no means a gear head but i did most of this work myself with the my bro-in-law supervising and assisting when needed. Right tools are the biggest need. If doing this yourself jackstands are a must as you need to keep the car up on them after you remove shocks and air-springs to let the rear suspension lower out of its ride position. Overall good economical fix.

Although I had to return my merchandise (conversion shocks for a 2002 GMC Envoy) because my daughter changed her mind at the last minute there was no override to cutoff the Air Suspension in the dash, the service provide was absolutely outstanding to include refunding my money back into my credit card account in a timely manner. being the owner of an auto repair shop I have been installing your products on many different vehicles range rover, expedition, Yukon Denali, Cadillac Deville, and as usual with the Yukon kit you supplied all the parts including the electrical parts to keep the service light out these kits are easily installed and the instructions are quite precise on how to install everything mechanical and electrical I will defiantly keep recommending your products to my customers George Larocca Big G’S auto

First and foremost the Customer Service was extraordinary and extremely knowledgeable. When I received the product I was delightfully surprised of the quality. The cost was unheard of. It was so low. Once we received it took it to the vehicles dealership and they installed it for a fraction of what it would have cost. The cost would have been $1300.00 to have them install it elsewhere. Instead the total price was $529.00. I would tell any and all the quality and service was a “10”

“The instructions are very elementary. Bullet points on every line even if the next line is a continuation of the line before. Some aspects of the instructions are a single sentence where 3 or 4 are really necessary. Also, the instructions mention “”factory specs”” and yet leave you hanging about what those specs are.
I’ve been mostly happy about the installation except I have a “”service air ride”” warning now every time I drive the vehicle that wasn’t there before. I suspect a bad connection or faulty resistor on the front shock harnesses.
With the new rear springs, the rear end is elevated much more than before. Maybe the old ones were sagging a bit but it seems the Denali had a slightly lowered appearance to it with balanced wheel wells between front and rear before and now the rear looks jacked up maybe an inch and a half or two inches. I will have to adjust my headlights but am also considering spring clamps to even it back out again or at least minimize the change.

“Yes, I am satisfied with the suspension upgrade, I had helpers on my truck, which for the purpose when I pull my 38 ft. 5th wheel, and most of the time when I was parked for a period of time I would take the helpers off which only took a few minutes to remove, as usually that gets old after awhile. so I would leave them on and then it created a not so smooth ride. I had been looking at different brands of air systems and when I came across this system it was the easiest system to put into place and with no drilling.

Thanks again, it appears you guys are doing a great job, keep it up.
