Why Choose Strutmasters?
Why choose the Conversion Kit over replacing the air suspension system on your 2000-2006 Mercedes Benz S430?There is a wide variety of parts that make up the faulty air suspension system on your 2000-2006 Mercedes S430 RWD sedan. The assorted parts can be very expensive to repair at the dealership. We decided there must be an affordable solution that doesn’t sacrifice on quality. We came up with our air to non-air suspension conversion kit to fill this void in the market. This kit, for your S430, includes four completely pre-assembled coil-over struts that are installed simply with four bolts per strut. It is a direct replacement, so no modifications are needed before it is installed. We designed the conversions to be more affordable, but also more reliable than the original parts. We stand behind this with our lifetime limited warranty. Each kit is installed in about one hour per wheel and the suspension warning message usually turns off after about thirty minutes. DIYers love the complete instructions that come with the kit. They include pictures and helpful support information. They also love the videos of our experts performing real installations on our exclusive YouTube channel. If that’s not enough, our in-house technicians love helping by answering your questions regarding the bad air suspension system on your S430.
Is Your Suspension Failing?
How do I know if my 2000-2006 Mercedes Benz S430 Air Suspension is failing? There are universal signs of a failed or leaking air suspension system that you need to look for on your 2000-2006 Mercedes-Benz S430. You don’t want to let a bad suspension go on for too long, or total failure will set in and the vehicle will be ruined. The most noticeable is a sudden uneven height difference between different sides of the S430. Sagging in the rear while the front remains inflated is very common. This gives the illusion that the car is squatting down, or more dramatically, has been slammed down to the ground. Sometimes there is only a slight lean from one side to the other. In either case, if the S430 is not meeting and maintaining its appropriate ride height then a bad suspension is the likely suspect. Confirm this by checking the instrument cluster for an illuminated suspension warning message or light. A bad suspension can cause other components to wear out, so check the air compressor to see if it is still working. A loud and noisy air compressor indicates it is running too often, another sign of a failed suspension.

I am so pleased I learned of strutmasters conversion kit. My car was sitting on the ground. It would have cost in excess of $6000 to repair. I fix with just over $2100, including labor. I still have the smooth ride and the security of never having to experience of the late night car failure.
