Why Choose Strutmasters Instead Of Those Other Guys
The electronic and air suspension system on your 2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade relies on several components that must all be functioning properly and it can be expensive to take it to the dealership if anything malfunctions. Strutmasters was founded because we found ourselves stranded with a slammed air suspension and facing a big repair bill with no alternatives. So we had no choice but to come up with our own more affordable direct replacement alternative.
And that's how the first fully assembled air suspension conversion kit was born. Our suspension conversion kit costs a fraction of OE suspension replacement parts without sacrificing ride quality. The kit includes two passive rear shocks, two American-made, premium rear Eibach springs and two passive front shocks. The kit is easily installed in as little as one hour per wheel thanks to our detailed installation instructions and installation videos. Escalade owners tell us they chose to convert to a non-air suspension because of the low price, easy installation, and peace of mind. You have three choices when it comes to repairing your air and electonic suspension: repairing it with Original Equipment parts and labor at a Cadillac dealership, installing aftermarket replacement suspension parts piece by piece; or getting rid of the headache forever by installing a Strutmasters passive suspension system for your Cadillac.
How Do I know If My Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade EXT Air Suspension is failing?
Your 2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade comes equipped with rear air shocks which use multiple computer controlled devices to let the compressor know when to inflate the system and keep the vehicle level. Most Escalades have a pair of electronic struts in the front that rely on sensors and an electronic module to work. This adds to the list of possible electronic suspension components that may need to be replaced. If this is the case you will likely need special equipment to diagnose the problem necessitating your mechanics help, adding to the bill. If you suspect a leak in one of the air components you can use a soapy water solution to inspect the air lines and shocks. Don’t be fooled, the lack of a warning light doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem. If your Escalade is unable to maintain its proper ride height or your compressor is running often, it is likely due to a leak somewhere in the system that should be repaired quickly before total suspension system failure occurs. If you’re experiencing any symptoms of a failing suspension, the safety of you and your family is at stake if you don’t have your Escalade checked.

Suspension Components List
The 2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade is built with the following suspension components:
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Air Shocks (x2)- These electronically-controlled shocks employ air bladders to even out the ride and help hold the vehicle up off of the ground.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Coil Springs (x4)- Your Escalade’s OEM system uses coil springs which are designed to work with the matching OEM suspension. Though they might appear similar to the springs in a passive suspension, they are not rated for and will not work sufficiently for a passive suspension.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Electronic Struts- Struts on the front of the vehicle with a dampening rate that can be adjusted on the fly with use of metal particles in the hydraulic fluid inside the strut, manipulated by an electric current.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Shock Absorbers (x2)- These hollow metal rods are filled with a hydraulic fluid charged with gas that helps absorb the force of the wheels riding across bumpy road surfaces. Therefore, they are in charge of the comfort of the vehicle’s ride. They also limit the wear and tear on the vehicle caused by the road.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Solenoids (x4)- These plastic components join the electrical and mechanical suspension components to the suspension computer, or suspension control module. The primary task of these solenoids is to regulate the air pressure in each of the air springs. They will start to leak and need replacement with age.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Compressor- Your Escalade’s air compressor uses mechanical force to generate pressurized the pressurized air needed to inflate the air suspension system. The compressor also pumps this air into the air springs via the air lines. It is one of the most expensive components of the system and also one of the most difficult to replace.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Dryer Assembly- Your Escalade uses a mechanical dryer to avoid damage caused by moisture in the system. It is advisable to replace this component whenever the compressor is replaced to ensure a clean, moisture-free suspension system.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade Suspension Control Module- This small computer acts as the “brain” of the system. It reads signals sent from the height sensors and instructs the other components on how to adjust accordingly. It also works to monitor the system and send a warning signal to the dash panel if things aren’t functioning properly.
2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade O-rings- The o-rings in the Cadillac’s air suspension system maintain proper seals where the air lines meet, keeping the system clean and efficient. They should be replaced whenever the system is serviced as they are prone to drying out and cracking as they age.

Best Product and price in the Market.
WOW! What a difference between the before and the after measurements and ride control of my large SUV. I was curious to see the difference with the new Strutmasters suspension and the existing suspension I had on our Cadillac Escalade ESV. I got out my tape measure and measured from the ground to the top of the wheel well on the front and rear tires. Before the conversion the distance for both the front and rear was 35 13/16″. After the conversion the distance was 37 12/16″. That is almost 2″ of lift. The ride is much more solid and without all the creaking noises from before. I’m very pleased in the product and no longer have a “check suspension” warning light on the dash. Thanks to Will Norris for his help in placing my order!
