I was very happy with the whole process and have told two people about your services. I want to buy front shocks before winter.

I ordered a set of the coil springs and shocks to replace the back air gab system back there. It took me about 2 hrs I had all together, and I put it all back in there. Everything went in smooth, it worked perfectly. I pull a 6000lb boat with my truck. It works perfect, everything is nice and level, nice ride, everything you guys did was excellent and I really appreciate it. Thank you

took wheels off, need big pry bar, removed clips from the top, used pry bar to push down, one side was not easy at all other side dropped right out, went underneath pryed bottm bags up, did not remove shocks or anything, put top of spring in and with pry bar and big rubber mallot popped in bottom, other side was alittle more agressive, same thing my son was holding spring i would pry and when close enough would us mallot to beat it in rest of the way, not my first time doing this, took about an hour, already was up on jackstands and wheels off

Yeah I’m satisfied with the springs I ordered, they arrived a day earlier than expected and the installation went good. I did not have to use the instructions. I have the 1999 Expedition and did the air to coil conversion on the rear and it was easy. Thanks

More than just satisfied. I ordered the springs on Monday morning. The springs were on my front porch Wednesday evening at 5 pm when I woke up. We had our supper and around 730 pm myself and my neighbor went to work on replacing the springs things went well and all was cleaned up by 1030 pm .I may send some pics if i can figure out how to. but the conversion from bags to springs was very easy.

Just installed the kit on my 2004 Navigator on Friday August 18, 2012. The ride is comperable, its not an air suspension however, it rides as smooth and handles great. I have test driven the new 2012 Navs with out the air suspension and hate the ride but am happy to say I still love the ride with this conversion. I love the way the truck sits up higher now and am looking forward to the first year in a long while when I can go to the mountains in the winter and not have the suspension lay down on me. I have the kneal down system on my Nav, I was not able to get the air fault to not come on so I just turned it off in the back and press reset when I get in every time. It is a small price to pay for no longer having to worry about that suspension. I highly recommend it… I did not try taking it to the dealer to have them reprogram the kneal down. I figured I would save the money and just press reset. If any one has gone that route and had success let me know I might swing for it…

Couple of months ago had the 4wd suspension kit installed by Muffler Masters and they did an excellent job. The “new ride” is equal to or better than the original “air” on my 2004 Navigator which I had bought new. The front end has less roll in curves and cornering. Frankly, I’m very surprised at the results with this aftermarket unit. But it really is as good as advertised. The car has the same stance and height as original. I wasn’t going to fix the original. Could just see an endless hole with the likelyhood of continued replacement of parts over time. But with Strutmasters when its installed, its done! And you don’t have to worry about more problems…just worry about the cost of gas to run this “beast”. Get one. You won’t regret it. Larry Shive

“The installation went fine. The shop Christian Brothers in Irving, TX was very impressed with the quality of the parts and the ease of replacement. I was told that a catalog was included in the shipment. They kept it so they could offer the same kind of replacement parts to other customers. My wife enjoys her Navigator again. You have a great product. It’s a great value.
