Repair Your Jaguar Suspension Today
Once Your Jaguar Reaches 100,000 Miles, Big Repairs Are Imminent
Air Suspension Has A 100% Failure Rate, Don’t Get Caught By Surprise!
It’s not a matter of IF your air suspension will fail, but WHEN. And when it goes, the ride height will drop three to five inches, leaving the vehicle virtually impossible to drive. It’s a very unpleasant surprise with repair costs soaring upwards of $7,000 to $9,000 for Original Equipment parts and labor. Here are some warning signs your air suspension is going bad:
- Suspension warning light is on
- Vehicle ride height lower than normal
- Abnormal or loud noises coming from the system
- Excessive vehicle body lean when cornering
If one or more of these symptoms are occurring with your vehicle, don’t wait! Repairs are needed BEFORE the system goes completely out.
A Failing Air Suspension Might Be The Most Expensive Repair You’ll Face
Why Does Air Suspension Fail On Your Jaguar?
Jaguar vehicles with an air suspension system operate with the aid of a computer. Air springs made of rubber and plastic support the weight of the vehicle, instead of steel coil springs used on most vehicles. The computer processes information from sensors located throughout the vehicle and tells an onboard air compressor when more pressure is needed in the air springs. An electronics failure can shut down the system.
But the most common failure happens when tiny cracks in the rubber air springs slowly leak air from the system. The air compressor runs excessively to try to keep the air springs filled and eventually shuts down. Without pressure, the air springs collapse and the vehicle suspension drops from three to five inches. This will leave you stranded on the side of a road, needing a tow truck and expensive repairs.
Comparing Air Suspension Repair To A Conversion Kit
Keep The Factory Air Suspension
We understand some people would prefer to keep the factory air suspension, using Original Equipment parts. This may be the first of several repairs needed to maintain the factory suspension. If you choose this route, check with Strutmasters BEFORE you spend thousands elsewhere. Strutmasters carries many aftermarket suspension components at the lowest prices around.
Install A Conversion Kit
A quality suspension conversion kit is a money-saving alternative to repairing the air suspension system several times. Strutmasters invented the world’s first fully-assembled suspension conversion kit in 1999. Our conversion kits feature Eibach brand coil springs to get you closer to the original factory ride quality than other product on the market. Each kit is designed from the chassis of an actual vehicle and is a permanent solution to the problem.
Why Strutmasters Is The Best
We Invented the Conversion
We understand an expensive suspension failure can catch you off guard! It happened to our founder and CEO Chip Lofton on his personal vehicle. That’s what led Strutmasters to invent the first fully-assembled suspension conversion kit in 1999.
Assembled in America
Strutmasters conversion kits are designed from an actual vehicle, just like yours. We assemble, sell, ship and service all of our conversion kits from our facility in North Carolina. It costs us more, but we do this to ensure you get the highest quality product.
We Use Eibach Springs
Our conversion kits feature coil springs made to our exact specifications by Eibach in California. They use the highest quality German steel and a cold-winding process to make sure your springs will never sag or settle. And they ride better than any other coil springs on the market!
Warning Light Elimination
We WON’T leave the light on! Our engineers have designed an electronic module specifically for your Jaguar to remove the suspension warning light. The module ensures your computer system gets the right information so the electronics behave normally.
ASE Certified Tech Support
We own a repair shop and install our own products. Strutmasters is the only company to provide access to ASE-certified mechanics to answer questions for the do-it-yourselfer or repair shop personnel installing our conversion kits.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Because we use only the best components and assemble them ourselves we can stand behind our products with a limited lifetime warranty. Your springs are guaranteed as long as you own your Jaguar.
