The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and helpful. The product arrived promptly.
The instructions were good and the product does far better than the Monroe kit that it replaced.
I would recommend this product and company.
I appreciate the experience I had with you company. Will was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions upon ordering. The exact parts I needed arrived ahead of schedule. The parts were installed on the truck today. It rides well and handles well. It is slightly elevated in the back and is about 2″ higher at the driver’s side running board. That will take some getting used to. Perhaps it will relax a bit with use, too. I am very pleased with buying experience through Strutmasters. I will be referring you to any friends who have a need for your products. I was able to do the replacement for 40% of what a Ford dealer quoted for the same work. I appreciate the savings and the professional service.
Merry Christmas to everyone there.
I work for a Ford dealer in Woodbridge and called Strutmasters for a conversion kit. I spoke with Will and he wasn’t rude and was familiar with the topic. He priced out a strut conversion kit for the vehicle quickly and gave me a great deal. I recommend Strutmasters to all of my customers and they are my go-to company for Strut Conversions or even for aftermarket struts. Thank you Strutmasters for your efficient and positive service.
I checked the website and was still unclear about which product matched what I needed. I called your toll-free number. Will answered. Within minutes, he had answered all of my questions with confidence and had processed my order. I also appreciated the offer of free shipping. That was a very nice touch. I found Will to be personable and professional. I was completely comfortable talking to him and confident that he knew what he was talking about. I expect that the product I ordered will be right for my truck and that it will solve the air ride problems permanently. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
The air ride suspension was removed and replaced on rear of vehicle before i bought it. They never converted the front. Both front shocks were busted. I was tired of riding bump stops. Local shops wanted 1400 dollars to convert my expedition to coil over. Upon further investigation i came across strutmaster.com. I ordered my brand name conversion kit and it arrived in a matter of days. I did the install myself. It took me 30 minutes to tear down , remove, and reinstall. 45 minutes total job time from driving, to completed and driving again. Saved my self over 1000 dollars and a week of wait time. If you can change a radiator hose this install is super simple. Just a few more tools. Im currently preparing to attack the rear end next. Awesome product. Will never go to a shop for suspension issues again. Thanks strutmasters.
The product is very good. Install so many and never get any comebacks. My customers like the product. I have converted Expeditions and Naviagtors.
Thought I was stuck with replacing air bags when I heard of the Strutmasters conversion. Checked online and watched the video, but decided to have a local repair shop do the installation. Very happy with the results (and cost). Raised the back end of my ’99 Expedition by 7″ over the ‘blown’ bags. On the drive today, it handled like a ‘new’ car, but has 237K on it. Guess I’ll keep it for another 100K.
We purchased a conversion kit for this vehicle last year. after installation air suspension light was on. we called your company and they knew about issue but their was not a fix yet. A year later the kit is finally available but at a cost, Also the left front strut was leaking oil. As the Rep. was nice and advised we had to pay shipping for your defective part and $212.19 for a part that should have been supplied in original kit. Tell me how I can pass theses expenses off to my customer ( I cant)
