Ford Expedition (2003-2006) Suspension Parts and Air Suspension Conversion Kit Reviews - Strutmasters

Couple of months ago had the 4wd suspension kit installed by Muffler Masters and they did an excellent job. The “new ride” is equal to or better than the original “air” on my 2004 Navigator which I had bought new. The front end has less roll in curves and cornering. Frankly, I’m very surprised at the results with this aftermarket unit. But it really is as good as advertised. The car has the same stance and height as original. I wasn’t going to fix the original. Could just see an endless hole with the likelyhood of continued replacement of parts over time. But with Strutmasters when its installed, its done! And you don’t have to worry about more problems…just worry about the cost of gas to run this “beast”. Get one. You won’t regret it. Larry Shive
I purchased the Strutmasters conversion package for my 2003 navigator and experience a wonderful ride. Prior to the conversion I was in complete dismay, the front airbags slowly leaked, I was riding low, leaning, bumpy, and probably dangerous. Now I am experiencing a wonderful, wonderful ride. At this point I have only praise for the quality of items I received with Strutmasters. Wonderful, wonderful product, wonderful customer service, everybody was wonderful with me.
Thanks they worked out great
I installed the kit in less than three hours, and it was pretty easy to say the least. Everything lined up nice without any modifications or the use of a hammer.
Just installed the kit on my 2004 Navigator on Friday August 18, 2012. The ride is comperable, its not an air suspension however, it rides as smooth and handles great. I have test driven the new 2012 Navs with out the air suspension and hate the ride but am happy to say I still love the ride with this conversion. I love the way the truck sits up higher now and am looking forward to the first year in a long while when I can go to the mountains in the winter and not have the suspension lay down on me. I have the kneal down system on my Nav, I was not able to get the air fault to not come on so I just turned it off in the back and press reset when I get in every time. It is a small price to pay for no longer having to worry about that suspension. I highly recommend it… I did not try taking it to the dealer to have them reprogram the kneal down. I figured I would save the money and just press reset. If any one has gone that route and had success let me know I might swing for it…
We had installed the Navigator Conversion Kit with no problem and returned the car back to our customer yesterday.
I’m satisfied they fit perfect. Thanks your product is the best.
My overall experience from conversations on the phone with the techs, to the instructions provided were great and I would not change anything.
