“Thankfully I knew about your product before my air suspension went on the frits…Rear end started sagging ,,,did’nt need to mess with the pricey air parts, ordered your product ,installed it & my problems were gone…..Thanks for saving me $$$$ and headaches ,,I will be telling all the sagging Expedition owners about strutmasters, hopefully it won’t be to late for them!!! Heres some before & after pics,
Thanks again Chip awesome product Gary W.
Better ride than original. Great kit!!!
Everything worked out great, those things went in very easily, I did it right in my driveway. I would definitely recommend these to somebody else, thanks
Thank you for having these replacement parts. I wish I had known about these a year ago, before I spent $1600 on new air bags and a compressor just on the front. I am not mechanically inclined but found these struts easy to install. Thank you again.
I could not be happier with the conversion kit I purchased for my expedition. I love the SUV but of course the only drawback was the factory air ride system. Purchasing and installing your product was cheaper than having Ford fix even one component of the system. The ride is just as good and my truck handles great! My local mechanic even wants to start selling your product!
I purchased the XN44-F3; XN44-R3 kit to replace my air suspension. Installation took me 3-1/2 hrs. I am pretty tooled up so had everything I needed. Instructions said spring compressors not required, I recommend them. Make sure you know how to disconnect ball joints. The new springs sagged and I will look for spacers to raise the vehicle back up to a more acceptable height. The ride is the same as stock. One break in problem I had was turning while hitting a bump I would get a loud squelch noise. I think it was from the paint on the spring contact points. It no longer makes the noise once everything broke in. There is no “Home” solution to turn off the Air Bag warning system. You have to take your vehicle to Ford and have them reset your computer. Note: before you start the swap, remove the rear axel sensors so you don’t ruin them. Overall, I am very happy with this kit and knowing that I do not have to worry about the air suspension going flat randomly.
My names is James from Parkersburg, West Virginia, I drive an Explorer with an air ride system, 1998. Had several problems with air ride, changed over to strut system offered by Strutmasters. Very happy and pleased with how it rides now. Don’t have to put up with indicator light coming on all the time and the ride is much improved. I would recommend it to anyone who has that problem to make the conversion. The friend of mine who did the conversion for me it took about 2 hours of work instead of 4 so we were happy with the whole process. I thank you and look forward to doing business with you again.
Ordered springs at around 4;00 PM on a Monday and received them Wednesday before noon. Had them installed the following week, no problems. The instructions could have been better, nothing on the removal of air springs.Instructions on installing springs was not very clear. But your you tube of installing springs was good.

The product is performing great according to my daughter who drives the car. Her voicemail to me after previously driving the car with the failed air suspension system sounded positively exuberant! It was due to watching the video that the installation took less than one hour from jack up to back on the ground. It was more of a help than a thousand words of written instruction would have been.
