Ooops wish I would have read this before replacing the air shocks I would have taken a before picture. I appreciate your concern and your follow-up, it is so rare that a business concerns itself with a customer after the sale. I am very pleasantly surprised and I will enclose some pictures of the repaired vehicle in my driveway (the same driveway my car didn’t have the clearance to get out of). I tried 3 times unsuccessfully to leave my driveway for work, the vehicle was so low in the back the mud flaps had to be removed. Installation was very easy and I am very satisfied with price and performance of your product. I found your product on the internet while searching for options to repair. Kudos to your advertising department and another thumbs up to “you-tube” for having a step by step replacement video. On the road again, Doug

Appreciate all the help you gave me, the instructions. The hardest thing was getting the old ones out. New stuff went in really easily, rides like a brand new car, and I do appreciate it. If I do need any suspension parts I will be back.
