The instructions were great, really easy to follow and even gave the wrench sizes which saved a lot of time messing around. They were very clear, except for the removal of the old rear strut mount, which was a little tricky. Other than that, flawless. The fit was physical, as they are very well engineered, heavy duty. The car rides great. A little higher, but this was explained. The ride is great. Feels as a 4WD should, and I’ve no more worries about the air suspension giving up on me. Could not be happier. I’ve still to fit the module to cancel the air suspension service warning, but the instructions are very clear. Should have no trouble. Thank you so much!

My technician said the installation was straight forward, the module for the warning light was very helpful and the vehicle rides and handles well. Turned out we didn’t need the camber hardware as yet. I really like the stance of the Grand Cherokee now, they never seem to stand level no matter what suspension system they have but now it looks good.

From the initial quote to the final installation it was a great experience. It has been a long time since i purchased something with such accurate and detailed instructions. The only thing i wish is that i would have found this before i put $2000 in parts for the air system only to find out it need $5000 more. As far as the ride goes it is great no complaints. I will be lowering the rear about an inch as i never really liked the factory rake but that is just personal preference. I hardly ever write reviews for products but this company deserves all the praise it can receive

The directions were pretty straightforward on how to do it I found that was confusing you don’t have much clarity on which is the top of the Coil Springs for the rear I was not real happy to read any instructions that you had to be at ASE certified mechanic for the warranty to be any good nowhere in your literature or your commercials do you say that it average car owner can do it and have it covered under warranty

Bought this kit mounted easy with little to no effort. Would of took a few hours but they failed to supply a big washer that I couldn't buy locally. But upon calling I was giving no Hassell nor was I questioned about anything. I was givin apologies (didn't need one things happen). They went above and beyond but over night me the part.all is well ✌️
