Mechanic who installed was a big fan... I have no worries about the product. Although my dash is still reminding me of the "immediate service.." I am not concerned at the moment, and may take it back for mechanic to see.
Passed inspection yesterday, I am happy.
Boy, is it great to have my Jeep back. Sits at about the 'Off Road Level I' right now and I'm liking it a lot.

Was plug and play however the YouTube videos and the directions that came was a little different. I feel like the directions was more helpful than the videos. The ride is good. No complaints

When the air suspension on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee went out I decided to replace it with the Strutmasters kit. The ride is a little stiffer and the Jeep sits a little higher but I am glad I made the switch. The mechanic who installed the kit said it was a great kit that included everything needed and that it was easy to install.

Great shopping experience. The Quadralift air suspension delete kit is excellent. Mechanics had no issues installing the kit. The camber bolts were a good aspect to the kit as well as the module for the air suspension control module and negating the error messages. It’s just a great turn key kit. The ride is not as comfortable as some shocks designed for supreme soft ride but I have a 4x4 Jeep GC Overland and to have some firmnesses in the ride is not too bad. Will actually help if I decided to do some off-roading!! Great kit tho. It served its purpose of getting rid of the multi-flawed QuadraLift system..dealer wanted $18k to replace air suspension..with labor and parts this only cost me $3200…I’ll take that deal any day. Thanks Strutmasters!!!

I had previously installed this kit onto my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My fiancé's 2012 had the dreaded rear airbag blow out while driving home. $2400 to repair/ replace. We immediately knew who to call. The Strutmasters kit offers a firm, but smooth ride. I do notice my fiancé's Jeep Grand Cherokee seems to sit higher than my 2011, but she is extremely happy not to have to worry about the inevitable blowing out of other airbags and subsequent cost. We are still receiving "service air suspension " warning on dash info center, even with module installed. Overall we are happy with the fitment, the ride quality and the peace of mind. Not sure if I somehow got wrong kit on my Jeep, or if they settle over time...but the Strutmasters kits is a definite improvement over the old airbag system!

Everything was as advertised! Instructions were clear and installation was not too difficult. One suggestion and it’s not major it just delayed me a day is, maybe a little more information on the rear strut mounts. It said to reuse the factory in the video but maybe put something on the website when you go to order the parts that you need to go ahead and check them. But a great product and great company to use and i highly recommend!

The instructions were great, really easy to follow and even gave the wrench sizes which saved a lot of time messing around. They were very clear, except for the removal of the old rear strut mount, which was a little tricky. Other than that, flawless. The fit was physical, as they are very well engineered, heavy duty. The car rides great. A little higher, but this was explained. The ride is great. Feels as a 4WD should, and I’ve no more worries about the air suspension giving up on me. Could not be happier. I’ve still to fit the module to cancel the air suspension service warning, but the instructions are very clear. Should have no trouble. Thank you so much!

I called strutmasters and spoke with a well informed gentleman who helped me choose the correct conversion kit for my jeep grand cherokee. He said it would arrive in 3 days and it did.I had it put on and I am so happy with it.It rides better then it did with the air ride! Thank you strutmasters.

My technician said the installation was straight forward, the module for the warning light was very helpful and the vehicle rides and handles well. Turned out we didn’t need the camber hardware as yet. I really like the stance of the Grand Cherokee now, they never seem to stand level no matter what suspension system they have but now it looks good.

From the initial quote to the final installation it was a great experience. It has been a long time since i purchased something with such accurate and detailed instructions. The only thing i wish is that i would have found this before i put $2000 in parts for the air system only to find out it need $5000 more. As far as the ride goes it is great no complaints. I will be lowering the rear about an inch as i never really liked the factory rake but that is just personal preference. I hardly ever write reviews for products but this company deserves all the praise it can receive

The directions were pretty straightforward on how to do it I found that was confusing you don’t have much clarity on which is the top of the Coil Springs for the rear I was not real happy to read any instructions that you had to be at ASE certified mechanic for the warranty to be any good nowhere in your literature or your commercials do you say that it average car owner can do it and have it covered under warranty

Bought this kit mounted easy with little to no effort. Would of took a few hours but they failed to supply a big washer that I couldn't buy locally. But upon calling I was giving no Hassell nor was I questioned about anything. I was givin apologies (didn't need one things happen). They went above and beyond but over night me the part.all is well ✌️
