I replaced my XREAS shocks on my 2014 4Runner Limited with these Strutmaster shocks. Once I capped off the now-unused oil lines for the XREAS, the replacement was pretty straightforward, and the ride is great. The rear bracket to connect the plug to is shaped differently on my 4Runner (as seen in the picture) than in the instructions included in the replacement kit. This made it quite challenging to attach them. On the front, I chose to only unbolt the lower ball joint, but not to remove the other bolts holding the lower control arm. I used a long piece of pipe, wedged in the control arm, to swing it downward far enough to remove/replace the front shock.

Ordered shocks for a customer to delete the XREAS system on their 4Runner. After order was told that they were on back order and would be sent a refund. Shortly after that not only myself but my shop got a call that they were able to find some in stock and they would be sent out ASAP. They arrived not long after that. Customer service was great, products arrived/fit great! Only time will tell as far as quality of course, but so far so good!
