Much better option then replacing the air ride (expensive). The dodge dealer installed it and used the red wire clips that came with the kit. Within 2 days I had codes everywhere and actually stranded me in a parking lot. But I called the tech support and they told me to not use those clips (not sure why they included them) and to cut wires and connect directly. Perfect no codes everything is perfect! Only other think is springs in back make for a great ride. As good as airbags but if you have a heavy load in bed or tow the factory bump plates hit pretty hard on bumps. I’d am looking into putting some extra air bags in springs that I can use when I have heavy loads. Moral is $1600 for kits $700 install and buying extra bags for heavy loads is better than $14k for new system from dodge that only lasts 10 years. I’d definitely recommend getting this kit. ** I have a 2014 Ram long horn Laramie with full 4 wheel air ride.

Had to get dodge to do the work but my truck is somewhat back to normal. One Dodge dealership wanted to charge me $3900 for parts and labor. I ordered these parts and had a different Dodge dealer and with these parts and labor my to cost was $2800 total. I highly recommend these parts. This kit is phenomenal! My air suspension was pretty much all trash, it was like the wheels were bolted onto the frame the ride was so rough. This was pretty easy for me to install in my own driveway. The detailed instructions were very helpful in getting this done. Shipping was very fast & I was very eager to get started as soon as it arrived.

The job turned out very well, I had a local off road shop install the package on my truck. The ride is completely different but I'm also completely satisfied with the way my truck rides and handles. Buying the shocks was a very good decision in my opinion, I was having trouble with the air suspension on my truck and I knew it was time for a change. I was having problems with my air suspension keeping pressure. I have never had a suspension like this before. I discussed with my mechanic my problem and he recommended your product to me. It took him a few days to install but after driving around in it for almost 2 weeks I can’t feel a difference in this one and my air suspension. I was hesitant to buy it cause I read reviews online stating their trucks ride rougher but mine rides perfectly and I don’t have to worry about coming out to my truck and seeing it squatted or hearing annoying air suspension noises. This system is a game changer. When it would get cold in the PNW, I would have flat air bags and driving would give me headache. After taking out the airbags and installing this system, I don't have to worry about flattened airbags and not being able to haul or tow. It does ride a little stiffer than the airbags, but overall I would recommend this to anyone that has airbags.

Very happy with the StrutMasters conversion kit, now I’ll keep my truck. The air ride failed on my 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 and if not for StrutMasters, I would’ve gotten rid of my truck. The dealership was a lost cause and after several failed attempts and a couple thousand dollars, my frustration boiled over.

My 2016 Ram 1500 ecodiesel 4x4 was plagued with 1 air ride suspension failure after another. My local dealership was of no help. The local shop helped me out and pointed me in the direction of deleting the air ride suspension. Research lead us to Strutmasters. I ended up purchasing the replacement system including the electric “bypass”, and a small lift for both front and back.
My shop stated that the install of the replacement system was straightforward and easy. They stated it that this was a great system. The only “neutral” comments they made during the process was that: 1) the electronic override was a spice in system; and 2) (not of strumasters concern) - the alignment bolts in my vehicle were rusted in. As a result IF it’ll the front end would not align, I was looking at replacing my lower control arms. Luckily it was aligned nearly perfect.
Would I recommend this system? HECK YEAH! I only wish Inwoyld have done it sooner!!!

Installed the Strutmaster kit for my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Towed my 8,000lb 32ft camper two hours away and rode perfect. Was very happy with performance of the product so far. My experience has been a great one. The parts came in earlier than I thought which is good. There was a slight problem with my email address. I purchased the conversation kit with camber bolts and the leveling kit. The conversion kit and leveling kit arrived in just a couple days and I had a local shop install everything. It went very smooth and I was back on the road within a week from ordering from Strutmasters. All in, I was 1/3 of the dealerships initial cost estimate to repair the air suspension.

First of all I'd like to give a big shout out to Jim Fisk and Kim Fuqua. Best customer service possible!!! I ordered an air suspension delete kit for my 2013 Ram 1500. Strutmasters processed and shipped my order in less than a week. Unfortunately FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. ( To the neighbors across the street. Who didn't say anything to us until we confronted them!) I'll leave that for what it is. What I will say is that FedEx did absolutely nothing to assist me. I initially reached out thru Email to Stutmasters and was contacted by Kim and explained my situation which included some missing parts. After our conversation she put me in contact with Mike. We again talked about my situation and after a few photos for proof Mike shipped me my missing parts overnight. I have since had my mechanic install the kit. The ride is outstanding!! We love it ! They made a very frustrating experience with FedEx and my neighbor right. I'm also a manager in the HVAC industry and customer service is our number priority no matter what. Top Notch operation!! Would definitely do business with again if needed!!!

The install of the strutmaster air bag replacement kit was completed on 9/9/2022 to my 2013 Ram 1500. The techs that did the work said the kit installed as it should and the parts were of good quality. I picked up my truck late in the afternoon and the tech did not road test my truck. On the way home the suspension warning system was activated on my dash control. The warning light and buzzer came on. I stopped and turned off the ignition and restarted again and after a few miles the warning system was activated again. What should I do about this? Kind regards Darrol Robinson.

I was looking for a way to replace the factory air suspension on my 2016 Ram. I became frustrated with the cost of repairs to that system and the repair story that I was getting from the dealership. I waited to post a review until I had put a couple of thousand miles on the truck. For the record, this is NOT an off-road vehicle or even a 'pretend' off-road truck. It's my daily vehicle.
I am totally satisfied with the new suspension. The ride is more firm than it was previously, but that is to be expected. The ride is now very similar to my two previous Ram pickups as is the ride height. Just returned from a 2000 mile road trip and the truck was very stable and predictable at interstate speeds (75-80 mph).
I had a shop install the kit which took slightly less than one day of shop time. All in, the cost was a bit more than the air suspension repairs that I needed -- but I won't need more repairs two years from now! Totally satisfied!!

The Air Suspension conversion kit for my Dodge Ram 1500 (2014) did what Strutmasters.Com said it would do -- place my truck's suspension set up back to the original ride & height. No more issues of compressor and valve replacements. The total air suspension system removal and the installation of the Strutmasters.Com kit was completed by a local Auto Repair Service.
