I was so pleased with the staff at Strutmasters from Darrell at sales to the kind and courteous lady in support who took my call on a late Saturday afternoon to give me all the info I was looking for. The installation was simple and the instructions were simple enough that any DIY'er could install. I chose the magnaride delete kit with module for a 2018 Escalade, and I believe it rides better than new while also leveling out the ride. Would definitely order from them again. Thank you Strutmasters for saving me $1000's on my repair.

Deleted factory air ride in my 2017 Cadillac Escalade and it's a game changer for the ride. I leveled the front 2 inches also. It rides just like a Cadillac should. Very happy

I installed these on a customer's cadillac. At first he was happy and very impressed with the ride. Fast forward a week he went on a road trip to Colorado. He sent me a few text about the truck not riding good anymore. He stopped and had it checked out only to find one of the struts had "blown a seal" i asked for pictures or video and where ever he took it would not let him in the shop. Im not sure what they installed on the front but now hes after me for 950 dollars for the repair bill. I told him id glady pay when I get the old parts back. So yeah thats how my experience has gone with the kit I installed. I haven't reached out to the company yet as im literally just getting off the phone with my customer and I look and see the email. So hes on his way without any old parts because he didn't want to put them in his car during the trip.
