This was for a customer's vehicle. On the website it is described as a conversion kit. The issue was that there is apparently no workaround for keeping the suspension message off. Called tech support and they confirmed. I suggested to the lady I spoke with that the description on the website should state that. Fortunately, our customer said he was not concerned with the alert but most of our customers would have complained about this. Anyway, just make sure this is stated on the website for all your offerings. When we are looking for conversions from air ride I check your site first but I need to be able to trust that the product will perform with all warning lights out. Thank you.
